Introduction
EQUiTOR Value Advisory Consulting Pvt Ltd (“EQUiTOR,” “we,” or “Company”) provides content and services on websites and applications that link to these Terms and Conditions (the “Site”) subject to the following terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Site Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, reverse engineered, altered, uploaded, published, transmitted, or distributed without prior written permission, except as specified in Section 1.3. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
1.2 Trademarks and Third-Party References
All trademarks, service marks, designs, and logos displayed on the Site (the “Trademarks”) are registered and unregistered intellectual property of EQUiTOR and its licensors. Except where expressly permitted (e.g., through provided social media tools), you agree not to use, reproduce, or attribute any Trademark to EQUiTOR or its licensors for advertising, promotion, or to inform or influence third parties, nor shall you imply endorsement by or relationship with EQUiTOR or its licensors.
All company names, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property on this website belonging to third parties are the exclusive property of their respective owners, and any reference to or use of such material is made with the companies’ knowledge and consent solely to reflect professional engagements undertaken by EQUiTOR for them. Nothing on this website shall be construed as implying any endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or partnership by or with the respective companies unless expressly stated.
1.3 Limited License to Site Content
EQUiTOR grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access, display, and print one copy of Site Content on a single computer for internal business use only. You may not modify, create derivative works, remove copyright or proprietary notices, mirror, reproduce, distribute, transmit, post, or disclose Site Content without written consent. The license terminates immediately upon breach of these Terms.
2. User-Generated Content and Submissions
2.1 Ownership of User Submissions
By posting, uploading, or publishing any information, content, or materials on the Site (including forums, message boards, questionnaires, surveys, and responses), you grant EQUiTOR worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, assignable, sublicensable, fully paid-up, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable rights to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, and exploit such submissions for any lawful purpose. You waive claims against EQUiTOR for alleged or actual infringement of privacy, publicity, intellectual property, moral, or attribution rights related to EQUiTOR’s use and publication of your submissions.
2.2 Prohibited Content
You covenant not to post or publish any materials that:
- Are threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or harassing;
- Constitute or encourage criminal conduct, civil liability, or violation of law;
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties;
- Contain malware, viruses, or destructive elements;
- Constitute advertising or spam;
- Contain false or misleading statements; or
- Violate these Terms.
2.3 Monitoring and Removal
EQUiTOR does not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of user-posted information. EQUiTOR does not review all user content and is not responsible for such information. However, EQUiTOR reserves the right to refuse to post or remove any information for any reason or no reason.
2.4 Intellectual Property Infringement Claims
If you believe Site content infringes your intellectual property rights, submit a written notice to EQUiTOR containing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work or intellectual property right claimed to be infringed;
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material on the Site;
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have good faith belief the use is unauthorized by the owner or law;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner;
- Your signature or that of an authorized representative.
EQUiTOR will remove infringing content upon receipt of a valid notice under Indian law. Persons repeatedly submitting infringing or unlawful material may be prohibited from further submissions.
3. Data Protection and Privacy
These Terms are read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. EQUiTOR complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and processes personal data only for lawful purposes with appropriate consent or legal basis. 4.1 General Disclaimer

EQUiTOR is not liable for information published on linked websites, user submissions, or third-party content.
4.2 No Professional Advice

The Brand Valuation App (the “App”) and all outputs generated therein are provided for informational and illustrative purposes only. While developed using proprietary methodology and professional expertise, the App, its developers, and EQUiTOR make no representations or warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the App or its outputs. Use of the App and reliance on its outputs is entirely at the user’s own risk. The outputs are not a substitute for professional business, financial, or investment advice and must not be used as the sole basis for any business, financial, or strategic decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EQUiTOR shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with use of, or reliance on, the App or its outputs. All intellectual property in the App, including its design, algorithms, methodology, and underlying concepts, is the exclusive property of EQUiTOR Value Advisory Consulting Pvt Ltd and is protected under applicable law. By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge and accept this disclaimer.
4.4 Limitation of Liability
Except where prohibited by law, neither EQUiTOR nor its third-party content providers shall be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages or losses, or for lost revenues or profits, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the theory of liability.
5. Indemnity
You indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EQUiTOR Value Advisory Consulting Pvt Ltd and all its predecessors, successors, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, investors, employees, agents, representatives, and attorneys and their respective heirs, successors, and assigns (collectively, “EQUiTOR Indemnified Parties”) from all liability, expenses, costs, or other losses incurred in connection with claims arising from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms, including representations, warranties, and covenants. EQUiTOR reserves the right to assume, at its own expense, exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India without reference to principles of conflicts of laws. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
